New Car and Equipment warranties remain in effect when HUBB Filters are used. For more information regarding Vehicle Manufacturer's warranties and aftermarket product warranties, please review "The Magnuson - Moss Warranty Act" of 1975.
HUBB Filters, Inc. warrants every HUBB filter to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 100,000 miles or 5,000 hours, whichever comes first. The use and cleaning process required by HUBB Filters must be followed. The HUBB Filter can be cleaned by sending the inner core back to HUBB or to an authorized HUBB dealer for cleaning. A HUBB Cleaning Station and cleaning concentrate may be purchased to clean the filters in accordance with the required cleaning procedure. With either method, the HUBB filter must be cleaned as stated in your agreement with HUBB. The cleaning is based on the actionable data from your own vehicle.
This warranty does not apply if the filter has been improperly installed, damaged, abused, used in competitive racing or modified for high performance engines, or if used in any aircraft or aviation application.

HUBB Filters, Inc. warrants every HUBB Filter deployed in the HUBB Swap program to be free from defects in material and workmanship. When the filter exchange process required under the HUBB SWAP program is followed, each HUBB filter is covered under this warranty regardless of the mileage or hours on the vehicle. The HUBB Filter can be cleaned by sending the inner core back to HUBB or through an authorized HUBB dealer. This warranty does not apply if the filter has been improperly installed, damaged, abused, used in competitive racing or modified for high performance engines.
HUBB Filters are manufactured to meet/exceed the high quality standards and functional accordance set in place by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) test procedures.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. HUBB AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. ALSO, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS OUT YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO THE FILTERS. NO ATTEMPT TO ALTER, MODIFY OR AMEND THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF HUBB.
Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM: Customer must, within 30 days after damage occurred, submit a claim to HUBB Filters, Inc. at the following address: 2440 SW Ferry St, Bldg A, Albany, OR 97322. The customer must allow the HUBB Technical Service Dept. to examine the filter and, if required, the engine or equipment, to determine the extent of damage and whether it was caused by a defective HUBB filter. (The filter must be returned, in its current condition, to the HUBB Technical Service Dept.)
If your HUBB Filter is found to be defective in material or workmanship, HUBB will replace your filter with another HUBB filter. HUBB Filters, Inc. will reimburse you for reasonable costs of the parts and labor required to repair your engine or equipment to the extent the damage was solely attributable to a defect in your HUBB filter.
